First of all, thank you for taking the time to view this auction. Here is what's available for sale:
Vintage one-of-a-kind Audiodisc 12" 78rpm acetate record featuring songs by Billie Holliday and Rosemary Clooney. This recording is estimated to date from the late 1940s to mid 1950s. The artists/songs featured are as follows:
Billie Holiday- "Do Nothin' Till You Hear From Me" and "I'll Get By" Rosemary Clooney- "Brave Man" with quartet and instrumental accompaniment.
The records itself is in very good condition, showing only very light surface wear, sleeve marks, and a some scattered light surface scratches. There does not appear to be any kind of damage/wear that would considerably damage the sound quality of the record. The record has been visually graded, and has not been played to ascertain the sound quality. The labels are both still easily legible, with the Rosemary Clooney side of the label written with pencil and the Billie Holliday side written with pen. The colors of the printing are still distinct and unfaded. Overall, just a nice vintage Audiodisk acetate record featuring two of the greatest female artists of the 1940s through 1950s.
