Audiophile LP ARTHUR RUBINSTEIN - “The Rubinstein Story”
PERFORMING: Chopin Concerto No. 2 and Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise
RCA Red Seal Records LSC-2265, 1st pressing 1959, Living Stereo, Red Shaded Dog label.
VINYL: Vinyl NM— with only an occasional very lite surface scuff, a beautiful piece.
COVER: Very Strong VG+, Thick heavy stock gatefold with inside inner flaps with left holding booklet and right holding vinyl in original RCA lined sleeve. Has edge wear, some fraying, some ring / surface wear. Vinyl and booklet holding flaps worn but intact. Includes extra thick ‘board’ with date stamp inside used to stabilize vinyl during storage or travel. Indentations upper back cover right with prices in ballpoint from so many decades ago. Spine is intact.
BOOKLET: 20-page booklet with Essay by Clifton Fadiman with discography in back. Photo does not do justice. Beautiful, sharp, looks practically unread.
