Description

This is the Shaka label release of this tune, catalogue number from label 826 but on the runout groove the catalogue number is ARI-1010-A-1,  B-1, this is the catalogue number given on the label of the release on the Ariwa label, it also had a later Ariwa release with the catalogue number ARI 122...Confused? The ARI 122 was remixed with horns...this cut is the original minus the horns.  This got to number 4 on the Echoes chart in October 1982.  On the A side there is the vocal cut followed by the dub cut, on the B side there are two more dub cuts, the first is the dub to the vocal the second is a stripped down and echoey dub to the dub........Just imagine Shaka pumping this out in a sound and you have some idea of how it sounds.  The vinyl is visually graded as excellent with no scuffs or marks, both labels are clean and mark free. The record comes in a Jah Shaka outer sleeve. The record plays beautifully with no audible problems, a lovely loud and crisp pressing.
