Fantastic hard-to-find Japanese import.
Featuring cover versions by the Universal Studio Orchestra.
A fabulous collection of soundtrack themes from the big American films of the 50s and 60s.
Superb sound from this Japanese pressing. The front cover shows Audrey Hepburn.
It could be hard to find a better example.
Condition: VINYLS: EX/VG+. Look superbly clean on visual inspection. No scuffs, marks or hairlines on either disc. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is very good throughout – and excellent in many cues. Mild static/clicking/whirring at disc 1 run-ins and light surface noise during early cues. Latter tracks on all discs sound especially good. Disc 2 side 1 run-in clear; side 2 run-in has a few light clicks and static, but instrumentals on this Japanese pressing sound great. Play with no skipping, jumping or sticking. A very enjoyable listen. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: EX. Colours are clear and unfaded on superb thick card gloss booklet sleeve. Just some very mild scuffing/buckling to corners. Obi present, attached and undamaged. Edges have lightest of scuffs to corners but apertures and spine in great shape. Outer back has faint foxing at bottom. All inner pages in fantastic condition. Could be hard to find a better example. Original outer clear polybag sleeve also included. INNER SLEEVES: EX. Original. Clear square poly sleeves with white backing one side. Some crinkling, folds and creasing but no rips or stains.
