Includes the infamous "Anti" EP which was composed at the time in opposition to the Criminal Justice Bill / Act of 1994. The track "Flutter" on side B was created in direct opposition to the wording of the bill, which covered collective trespass and nuisance on land; and included sections against raves and further sections against disruptive trespass, squatters, and unauthorised campers – most significantly the criminalisation of previously civil offences. This affected many forms of protest including hunt sabotage and anti-road protests. Sections 63–67 in particular defined any gathering of 20 or more people where: [63(1)(b)] "music" includes sounds wholly or predominantly characterised by the emission of a succession of repetitive beats.
"Flutter" contravenes the definition of music in the Act as "repetitive beats" by using 65 distinctive drum patterns. The EP bears a warning advising DJs to "have a lawyer and a musicologist present at all times to confirm the non-repetitive nature of the music in the event of police harassment".
None of the records have been used for DJing in a club or bar environment. All have been well looked after and play with no skips or crackling. The discogs pages are below, along with the ratings for each one (Media/Sleeve).

Although the note above implies that 'Flutter' can be played at either speed, the track on the CD release correlates to the 45 rpm version. The A side plays at 33? rpm.

Track B: unclear whether or not Bic? is an existing group.

"The tracks we sent was not really a cover of 'Weissensee'. We took parts from 'Im Glück' and 'Weissensee' and merged the tracks. NEU! were a bit like Jeff Mills. We like them. We chose our favourite tracks. Sean and Rob."
