o The record has been in a personal collection since 1964.
During the 1960s, the very popular BARRY BOYD was the top Rock DJ at CJCA in Edmonton, Alberta, and he also recorded a few records under his own name and with The Frantiks. He was a DJ at KFXM San Bernardino, California from 1964-66, and then at KCBQ, one of the biggest rock stations in San Diego, where he remained (as DJ and in Sales) for many years. He later returned to Edmonton and was a DJ at CFRN-AM Edmonton. He died in Edmonton on January 12, 2001 of complications following minor surgery.
