Description

Up for auction is an autographed copy of Leonard Cohen's fabulous 'I'm Your Man' album of 1988. Purchased recently from a sale at the home of a man (now deceased) who, I was told, worked for many years in the Music Department at CBC Radio (Canada).
Still contains the plastic sleeve insert and looks as if it's never ever been played. Which is highly likely because when I asked the woman who was his widow, holding the sale, if her husband was a Leonard Cohen fan she claimed to have no idea who he was. Clearly, if this album was ever played, it certainly wasn't at home!
Autograph reads " To Jay- all good things-Leonard Cohen. Vancouver, October 12, 1988."
Set also includes an original 2 page newspaper article from the 'Weekend Vancouver Sun/ Saturday Review' dated November 27, 1993 about Leonard Cohen: "He's Your Man" written by well known Canadian journalist Robert Mason Lee.
