Ram Dass vinyl 12" LP set "Love, Serve, Remember" ZBS Foundation Records, original U.S. pressing, 1973. Here's a true hippie relic! 6 lp's and booklet worth of music, chanting, instruction, and general weirdness, culminated from a 3 day radio broadcast from (where else) Berkeley.

Comes complete with booklet... more talking and discussion than music, but does have one disc devoted to 'music' from these.

Something grabbed from the internet says "In 1961, while at Harvard, Ram Dass' explorations of human consciousness led him, in collaboration with Timothy Leary, Ralph Metzner, Aldous Huxley, Allen Ginsberg, and others, to pursue intensive research with psilocybin, LSD-25, and other psychedelic chemicals. Out of this research came two books:The Psychedelic Experience (co-authored by Leary and Metzner, and based on The Tibetan Book of the Dead, published by University Books); and LSD (with Sidney Cohen and Lawrence Schiller, published by New American Library). Because of the controversial nature of this research, Ram Dass was dismissed from Harvard in 1963."... so some good name dropping.

CONDITION (IN DETAIL) Box is worn around the edges, the corners have splitting, this seems to be common with the few of these that are still in existance, the discs have some general handling wear, with the 'music' disc being in great condition. The booklet feels a little worn, but no visual signs of this.       SALES SUMMARY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS We always ship records securely, packing the freshly cleaned disc outside of the picture sleeve to prevent seam splits, the sleeve will be packaged against new made to measure card and along with the disc it will be housed inside a new plastic sleeve.  This will then be packaged with more new card stiffening in a new made for purpose record mailer.  This is then securely taped as marked fragile.

Insured and recorded delivery is used on parcels over a certain values, this is done at our cost for our UK customers, and is already costed in for our overseas buyers.
