We conservatively grade all items visually under a bright light; we play-grade sections to confirm the visual grade.

Our grading scale is: MINT, NEAR MINT, NEAR MINT MINUS, VERY GOOD PLUS, VERY GOOD, GOOD.

We remove the record from the cover to avoid damaging the cover, except in the case of sealed records.
