Description

This auction is for Bach:St Matthew Passion.

Rare Boxset of 5 x records - Otto Klemperer - includes beautiful illustrated story book with words to music.This great set was produced by Columbia(emi) in 1962  - records are numbered saxs 2446 - 2450 - Record 1 is only recorded on side 1 - outer box shows some signs of wear from storage but is very good overall,booklet in v/good condition,sleeves show some signs of slight discolouration,records as mint and have never been played in my opinion - no signs of spindle wear or scratches - all are sung in german.
