Very rare and sought-after box set of Pierre Fournier's legendary 1960 recordings of Bach's six cello suites (BWV 1007-1012), issued on the German Archiv label. Complete with booklet, original inner sleeves and Archiv catalogue card.After examination under strong light, no visible marks or signs of play were evident on any of the 3 LPs, all retain excellent bloom. Linen box shows little to no damage or wear, no discolouration or signs of moisture. All extras in generally excellent condition - catalogue card has slight creasing, booklet near mint.
