• This auction is for Bad Company's superb "Straight Shooter" LP on the Island Records label ILPS 9304. Matrix marks A-1U/B-1U, FIRST UK Pressing. "TML-M" stamped in dead wax.

  Vinyl grading is MINT UNPLAYED It appears barely, if at all, played prior to my test play. A SUPERB "Time Capsule" or "Vault" copy.

  Test played superbly with wonderful audio and low overall background noise on my Rega System

  The Robor sleeve and card inner are in SUPERB overall condition as it has ALWAYS been stored in a plastic protective sleeve - see photos.

• Straight Shooter is the second studio album by the English supergroup Bad Company. The album was released in April 2, 1975, a month after the release of the single "Good Lovin' Gone Bad" and four months before the album's second single "Feel Like Makin' Love" (see 1975 in music).[1]

  The album reached number 3 in the UK Albums Chart and the US Billboard 200.[3][4] It was certified gold (500,000 units sold) by the Recording Industry Association of America a month after its release.[5] The album was remastered and re-released in 1994.

  Mick Ralphs and Simon Kirke stated on In the Studio (which devoted an episode to Straight Shooter) that the track "Shooting Star" (which they did not write) was lyrically inspired by the drug and alcohol-related deaths of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison

Please note ! This is the original HEAVY THICKER AND DEEPER GROOVED TYPE OF VINYL (later press were much more flimsier and less robust) !!!

On initial visual inspection the playing surface looks awesome I can't see even a blemish. 

AS NEW UNPLAYED LOOKING MIRROR LIKE GLOSSY RAINBOW FINISH ANGLED UNDER A BRIGHT LIGHT

Any marks that could possibly be seen under a strong would be caused by the vinyl been slid in and out of its sleeve! Importantly There is (no) needle scratches or audio sounding marks that I heard at all  !!!!!

The Audio Quality NEAR MINT

I have played this through track for track at very loud volume on a top REGA system,  the audio is awesome! 

Cristal clear and vibrant through out, with (no) distortion or any signs of groove ware at all!!!! 

Certainly (no) clicks pops or jumps!!  As good as it gets in my opinion!! 

THIS AUDIO IS RATED AT THE VERY TOP ON ALL FREQUENCIES! 

GRADED AS NEAR MINT!! 

UNBELIEVABLE FOR A VINYL THAT IS 43 YEARS OLD!!!!! IN MY OPINION THESE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESSINGS PRODUCE THE BEST AUDIO QUALITY CAN NOT BE SURPASSED BY LATER PRESSINGS!!!

The Labels:  MINT

These are superb ! Feature the ISLAND I SYMBOL  (only early press)  ONLY ONE FAINT SPINDLE LINE can be seen only on each side,angled in strong light.

Confirming this has definitely been played ONCE or TWICE ONLY !!!  For a vinyl that is 43 years old , AMAZING !!

Please note! i am highly critical about the audio quality on my records as it is my prime interest above rarity! This plays awesome you will not be disappointed, also this being the 1st and very early is highly collectible and sought after!!!
