Description

1972 Apple Records (UK) SAPCOR 19, Badfinger - "Straight Up" lp.  HTF promotional copy with "Demonstration Copy Not For Sale" printed on a-side label.  Cover is signed by both Joey Molland and Mike Gibbons!  To make this copy truly unique, Joey Molland showed his sence of humor by drawing a pair of glasses on his picture with the inscription "This was me".  Hard enough to find a clean promo copy of this album, but his added touch makes this one a true "one of a kind" (I assume!).  Cover is vg+ with the surface wear typical of laminated covers 35+ years old... nothing distracting, no seam splits or writing other than the signatures.  Record visually grades solid vg+, high gloss with some very light marks that should not significantly affect play.  (I spot-checked this lp in a number of places, including between tracks, and it plays very clean and clear, solid vg++!).  Stamped matrix numbers are "SAPCOR 19A-1U" and "SAPCOR 19B-1U".  Also has "Porky" and "Pelko" written in trailouts of a and b-sides respectively.  Includes original stock inner sleeve.  Unique copy of a seminal powerpop album!

I have other great record listings in progress and will gladly combine shipping.  Each additional item is shipped free of charge!

Please view my 100% positive feedback and buyers' comments.  Feel free to send any questions my way and thanks for checking out this listing, Lee.

Shipping:  I offer secure, low cost shipping.  Most items go out within 48 hours of cleared payment.  Records are shipped in brand new record mailers.

Payment:  Winning bidders are expected to contact me within two days of the close of the listing.  Payment is expected within five days of the close of the listing.

Insurance:  As a seller, I am no longer allowed to offer insurance.  Media mail does not include insurance.  Priority mail includes insurance, hence the higher postage price...

Returns:  I have a very liberal return policy.  If you feel a record has been misrepresented, return it for a full refund of the winning bid.  If upon receiving the record back I feel you have a legitimate complaint, I will also refund your postage costs.  I go out of my way to make sure my buyers are satisfied with all aspects of our transactions, as you will find if you read through my feedback comments.

International Shipping:  If your record is of any significant value, I would suggest using Priority Mail International ($28) as this includes insurance.  First Class International ($15) is slower and does NOT include insurance.  Each additional 12" record is $3.

Grading:  I pride myself on my honesty and accuracy in grading.  Albums are visually graded (unless otherwise noted) in direct sunlight or under a strong lamp.
