Details: - This is a copy of the bands Rarest UK Release (Vinyl Only). Although the album received positive reviews in Rolling Stone upon its release it was pulled out of record stores in 1975, seven weeks after release because of a lawsuit between WB music publishing and Badfinger's management. Thus making this 1st issue exceptionally Rare ( Such a shame as It is considered to be the band's best work by many). Run Out/Matrix Side 1 K56076 A2 / Side 2 K56076 B2

Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
