Description
BADGER Over the Wall / Faceless Gang / Runaway - 7" vinyl single release on Noize Gate Records (NG02).
You are bidding for an original UK pressing of the scarce Badger 'Over the Wall' single - although not dated, it is generally accepted that this was the second of two singles released by the five piece band on their own label in the mid 80's.
Produced by Gordon Rowley of NIGHTWING fame and housed in a nice picture cover, this would be a deserving addition to any NWOBHM collection.
Visually the vinyl is clean for its age with only minor surface marking. Playing the record reveals a small amount of background noise on the run in / out of the tracks particularly on the extended B side - but this is probably due to the quality of the pressing as much as wear, and doesn't spoil the listening experience.
The sleeve is in really nice condition with just a small amount of soiling / air staining evident on the reverse of the white textured cover.
Overall this is a nice copy of a rare NWOBHM collectable which I would grade as Ex/Ex.
