Sistema di Valutazione / Record Grading
M (Mint): Disco nuovo mai ascoltato, eventualmente ancora sigillato.
NM (Near Mint): Disco e copertina sono perfetti praticamente come nuovi. Il disco, ascoltato pochissimo, non mostra segni di usura.
EX (Excellent): Disco e copertina sono in ottime condizioni. Il disco può presentare qualche segno superficiale che non pregiudica la qualità del suono. La copertina può presentare qualche leggero segno d’usura.
VG (Very Good): Disco ascoltato più volte, presenta leggeri graffi. Si avverte fruscio all’ascolto. La copertina presenta evidenti segni di usura.
G (Good): Disco molto ascoltato. Il fruscio è evidente. La copertina mostra marcati segni di usura (macchie, scritte, lacerazioni).
M (Mint): Never played, absolutely perfect in every way, possibly even still sealed.
NM (Near Mint): A nearly perfect record. The record shows no signs of wear. cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable similar defects. No cut-out holes, either. Basically, an LP in near mint condition looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap
EX (Excellent): The record it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG (Very Good): The record has been played many times. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Normal wear and tear on the cover.
G (Good): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, seam splits.
