Description

Legendary banjo player and prolific composer of banjo music Joe Morley (1867-1937) made very few recordings. Here he is in London in 1914 duetting with the celebrated banjoist Olly Oakley on a Hill and Dale Pathe disc no. 1209, playing Mrley's own composition 'Darkies Chuckle'. On the reverse another great British banjo soloist, John Pidoux, plays his own tune 'Coonland Memories'. A fine and rare item! CONDITION:
