BARBRA STREISAND COMPLETE SET OF KISMET ALBUMS - NEAR MINT!
All twelve of the Streisand Kismet albums of which, apparently, only 1,000 were printed. These are being sold as a set and not individually. They were played once and put back in their sleeves so the condition of both vinyl and album covers are near mint. The plastic wrap is still on the album covers.
These were released in 1984 and 1985 and included rare and unreleased recording sessions, interviews from PM East, the Tonight Show, Funny Girl premiere, Streisand songs, live appearances in concert, recording sessions, and much more. Below is a brief description of each album:
Memories Are Made Of This: songs from Burt Bacharach Special; song from Barbra Streisand and other Musical Instruments; versions of The Way We Were with Marvin Hamlisch
Lookin’ Back: appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show in the 60s and 1970; appearance on the Judy Garland Show; For Pete’s Sake song
Moments to Remember: If I Close My Eyes, outtake songs from On a Clear Day You Can See Forever; long introduction version of Let’s Hear It For Me from Funny Lady, rehearsals for some songs from Streisand’s Butterfly album, Funny Girl movie premiere in New York; songs from the Dinah Shore Show in 1963; AFI Salute to William Wyler in 1976; Funny Girl 1968 premiere in Los Angeles.
Flashback: You Light Up My Life (The Promise), A Quiet Thing/There Won’t be Trumpets, appearances (with songs) on Mike Wallace show – PM East in 1962, The Gary Moore Show 1962 appearance, Chemstrand Commercial, You’re the Top from What’s Up, Doc?, The Bob Hope Show in 1963, I Love Liberty special, BAFTA awards appearance in 1983; Carelessly Tossed from All Night Long, appearance on the Tonight Show in 1961; What’s My Line appearance in 1964, a couple songs from the Belle of 14th Street special.
SRO: This album contains the 1966 JFK Stadium concert in Philadelphia.

Lost in Time: a few seconds of Elvis Presley!?; I Can Get It For You Wholesale interview; Zing Went the Strings of My Heart; call in to radio station on 1977; Evergreen sung in Spanish/Italian/French, Et la Mer, Les Enfants Qui Pleurent; another few seconds with Elvis; Enough is Enough (complete with swearing) and music intro to song, songs from the Bob Hope Show in 1963, Yentl demos of songs not included in the film.
Beginnings: The Tonight Show on February 1, 1963, October 4, 1962, November 2, 1962 with songs and interviews.
After Hours: Both sides are outtakes from The Main Event and Enough is Enough recording sessions.
Good Times: Christmas Seals radio show with songs and Streisand speaking; The Today Show in 1962 – song and interview; Hungry I Nightclub in 1963 – 3 selections, Hollywood Bowl in 1967 – two songs.
