Gradings:-NM - no background noise at all. The record plays like new

Vinyl: Side 1 plays easily as EX+. Side 2 is the same until the very end where there are 4 tics.
Sleeve Fully laminated is EX+ See photos.
Inner lyric sleeve is unmarked. Slight fold. No tears or writing. See photos.
