BARRINGTON LEVY - Tomorrow Is Another Day / PAPA TULLO - Delaware (Greensleeves GRED80) - 12" - 1982
Original pressing of this Greensleeves 12" featuring Barrington Levy's Tomorrow Is Another Day backed by Papa Tullo's next cut Delaware, both of which segue into their dubs. Recorded at Channel One, mixed by Barnabas, produced by Henry 'Junjo' Lawes, with riddims courtesy of The Roots Radics. The vinyl retains a decent sheen with light and lightish surface marks, fine, light hairlines and a few light scratches and scuffs - nothing serious - see descriptions below.
A-side: There is a very small improving to tiny / very small amount of intermittent background surface noise with tiny, some very small and occasional small pops and clicks plus a few more prominent ones. In addition, two 1cm scratches causes clicks that range from small to moderate during the dub. Grade - Vocal = VG/VG+ improving to VG+/VG++, Dub = VG-/VGB-side: There is a small improving to tiny / very small amount of intermittent background surface noise with tiny, some very small and occasional small pops and clicks plus just a couple of more prominent ones. Grade - VG improving to VG++
Labels: There is a little writing in blue biro on the A-side label (see scan), while the B-side label is pristine.
