You're looking at an incredibly rare Barry Goldwater 1964 Presidential campaign promo record with 12 60-second radio spots about the draft, government spending, Social Security, etc. This record has no sleeve, and was presumably sent to radio stations - perhaps with no jacket at all.
Both sides are identical.

I transcribed one spot, cut 3:
"Charles Diamore, A small business man, has a question for Barry Goldwater"
Diamore: "I've been a barber for quite a few years. When I started out here, I used to think that i was self-employed, but now that the taxes and the red tape have gotten so involved, it seems like i'm in business for the government. Now what would barry Goldwater do to remedy this problem?"
Goldwater: "Oh i here that kind of question everywhere i go and all i can tell you is this: we have to move ahead to freedom for all. We have to want to cut big government spending, instead of trying to buy friends and votes. We have to want to streamline government and restore traditional incentives to american business. Now this isn't something that can be done overnight, but we can and we should start moving toward balanced budgets, sound fiscal pocy, and a business-like approach to the public business."

Vinyl rates G+. It has numerous scuffs and light scratches, and surface noise. There are no skips. The needle does not play through the record continuously. At the end of every cut, the record was manufactured to stop the needle (presumably for broadcast radio spot purposes).
