“Beauty is relative. So is warmth and hate – the songs of P.F. Sloan have beauty, warmth and hate, for they speak of life. The voice that sings these songs is a gentle voice; a warm voice; a voice of life.
The voice belongs to Barry McGuire, a young man of Irish extraction with the build of a lumberjack, a mass of unruly blond hair and a face which shoots in fifty directions when he smiles. His was the deep, sandpapery voice you heard on the big Cristy Minstrels hit, “Green, Green”. His is the same voice you hear on one of the biggest hits of 1965 – the much discussed “Eve of Destruction”.”

The LP is in Good Condition with some surface marks and surface scratches
It plays well
The Sleeve is in Very Good Condition with just a tiny amount of laminate creasing and on the back there is “32/2” pencilled in the top left hand corner and a small label “The Disc Shop” stuck at the top
It has been kept in a plastic folder
