Title: BART ARNTZ - JO JO'S DANCE FACTORY - US Original - EDUCATOR
Format: LP
Record/Cover: NM/NM
Comment:
Obscure, private pressed jazz dance instruction album with some great tunes. Soundwise it's a mixture of funk, disco & jazz. Try "Down at Jojo's", "Rubberband man" or "Slip-a-disco" for example. Plenty of breaks and stuff to sample as well. Clean copy that looks uplayed. On August 26th I will be adding hundreds of rare titles across all genres to my Ebay store. Jazz and funk gems include Marcus Belgrave ”Gemini II”, Hugh Brodie, Stark Reality LP, Hank Mobley ”Roll Call” (West 63rd orig), Herbie Nichols Trio (Lexington orig), Curtis Fuller ”The opener” (63rd St orig), E.W. Wainwright ”African Roots Of Jazz”, Eric Dolphy ”At The Five Spot vol 1” (1961 mono orig), Kenny Dorham ”Afro Cuban” (Lexington mono orig), Lloyd Miller ”Oriental Jazz”, Thad Jones ”Detroit New York Junction” (Lexington mono orig) & ”The Magnificent” (Lexington mono orig), Andrew McPherson ”At Smedley’s”, Donald Byrd ”Of To The Races” (47 West 63rd mono orig), Pucho & The Latin Brothers ”Jungle Fire” and many more. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO EBAY RESTRICTIONS, THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST IS NOT DISPLAYED.
