Description
You are bidding on/buying, a superb and pretty RARE, vinyl album by the BASKING SHARKS. Title is SHARK ISLAND and was released on the RAW SHARK label in 1983. I understand that this is their first album - it's a LIMITED EDITION and includes a fold out poster insert, which is marketed to look like a "pamphlet/magazine" on the one side (which is neon pink) and has the black and white photo on the reverse. It is also a signed copy (see photo's 3 to 6 inclusive), signed by all three of the band members. Please see item condition description..........
A fantastic little find - one for the collectors.
This was part of my late husband's eclectic and treasured music collection. He made me promise to sort and sell it when I was ready to do so. I'm just plucking up the courage to make a start on it - I don't think either of us realised how emotionally draining this would be, I kind of feel like I'm "getting rid" of Gary and nothing could be further from the truth. I've moved from a 4 bedroom house to a one bedroom bungalow, so as you might imagine, space is at a premium. Please keep popping back, I'm hoping to be listing various weird and wonderful music related items over the coming weeks.............
I don't sell items I wouldn't want to receive myself and I try to describe as honestly as possible. All are genuine items which come from family and't friends. If an item is a "copy", I would state this in my description. I post most of my items "SIGNED FOR" these days, please bear this in mind when you check the postage price.
