Description
Here's a record that gets lost in the shuffle as far as Finnish classics go. Much more coherent and tight than their more sought-after first lp, Its a winner from start to Finnish (sorry, couldn't be helped.) Seriously though, not a bad track here, by this point Bastards had mastered their palm-muted gallop and in my opinion were just as good if not better than Rattus or Terveet Kadet. The only thing I can think of holding this lp back is its affiliation with the reprehensible "Rock-O-Rama" label, but hell, that ain't the band's fault. Matter of fact, none of the Finnish bands they produced lps for in the early eighties received any money (or even copies of their own records) from them. That aside, This one is a must-have for fans of Finnish hardcore. A fine copy, too...Looks like it came out of an import bin yesterday. Sleeve is sharp and vibrant with another great, iconic cover image. Vinyl is just as nice, no scuffs, skips, pops, nothin'. Also included is the double sided poster with the band on one side and ROR's then-current releases on the other. Hate to see this one go, but, well, Its time to produce something classic of my own. No reserve-bid hard!
