In this instance, the United States and International shipping option DO NOT automatically guarantee tracking.

Any request for a different choice of shipping (small packet, tracked packet, expedited parcel, etc.) should be addressed to the vendor. 

We do not provide tracking numbers for Standard Mail outside Canada packages and therefore take no responsibility for undelivered items. We will provide tracking numbers (and offer refunds for undelivered items) if you request it (Registered Mail).

Please let us know before buying if you'd like to add the "tracking option" or modify the shipping option any way you'd like. The cost in shipping might be altered (+).

For International shipping, please contact us and state your address so we'll be able to shape the price of shipping to your need. The cost of shipping for one country may well be quite different from another. We'll do our best to find the best rate possible for our esteemed customers.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Regarding Lost and Damaged items, please email me to sort out whatever problem you might have with the package and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly. Post Services may require proof of correspondence between buyer and seller. 

On damaged items, a photo is required to show proof of the damage in or with the box it arrived in. Please send me the photo and I will initiate the process to manage the refund on your behalf. 

The refund will be sent as soon as we receive the returned item. 

Please note that these items have some wear and age to them which is the case with most ?vintage? items. Depending on the handling of these items by previous owners, the items may have more signs of wear than others. I will do my best to mention any imperfections or show them in the photos showcased in the listing. I will be happy to provide any missing information upon request.
