Original UK EMI-Harvest SHVL 758 from 1969

Only LP by this band.

Very Rare LP in Gatefold Laminated cover.

Wonderful progressive rock LP masterpiece written by Chris Spedding and Pete Brown. This is one of my favorite UK LPs with some fine compostions and great musicianship. This is an early classic and a must for any serious progressive rock collection.

LP Condition: M- / M- to EX+ (record / cover)

Visual Grading under strong bright halogen light. Straight grading. Please excuse some dust residue from scanning photo seen on pictures.

Label Condition: both sides are mint- with just a few moderate spindle marks.

Play Grading Front End: Basis 2001 Turntable with Graham 2.2 arm and Benz Ruby 2

Vinyl Condition: The whole record plays M- on my system, fantastic sound quality. This is a wonderful recording with true natural sound, great bass, and it has a nice natural but penetrating open quality that brings out the character of Spedding's vocals and the fine jazz/blues style of the players.

Cover Condition. The front side is M- in every way, the back side is a conservative EX+ (just a very light impression from the record starting to show but I would not classify it as ring wear). There are no seam splits, bends, scratches, or marks. this is a beautiful cover/sleeve overall. The lamination is very nice M- original glossy sheen and there are no traces of lamination lifting.

PLEASE EXCUSE THERE IS A LOT OF GLARE ON THE PHOTO (FROM REFLECTIONS OF THE GLOSSY LAMINATION AND THE BLACK COLOR) WHICH WAS TAKEN OUTDOORS. THE BLACK AREAS LOOK HAZY IN THE PHOTO BUT THE ACTUAL COVER HAS NO HAZE, IT IS NICE EVEN BLACK ALL OVER.
