This is the very 1st UK issue of Dark Entries (actually pressed in France) on the newly formed Axis Records label. Axis had to change its name after it discovered that there was already a record label called Axis. It changed its name to 4AD.
The disc is visually graded as Very Good plus (VG+) and the labels and sleeve are as shown in the photos. There is a small tear at the opening of the paper sleeve which has been neatly repaired, as you can see in the photos. I've listened to the record and it sounds great with just some crackle in the intros and fades, but nothing overpowering anywhere.

Vinyl is protected with rigid cardboard. Packages are labelled "Do not bend" and sealed with "FRAGILE" parcel tape.
