Back Sleeve Has Artists' Info/Discography and Track Listings.

Both Labels and Front Sleeve Has The Word "Not for Sale" by Japanese Language.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (No Bottom Split, It Has A Light Ringwear on Front, Light Damages on Top Spine).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
