Signed nicely by BB in black sharpie in the lower left corner. Signature is a little faded due to the age.
A great display piece by a Blues legend.

Condition:  excellent, cover is made on thicker paper has light ripple along the edge. 
Vinyl is good condition has marks but this mainly for the autograph cover.
