Description

An American legend since the 1950s, B.B. King is a bluesman of impeccable lineage. Produced by Bob Thiele, the original music was recorded on two separate days in December of 1967. In the original liner notes, which are faithfully reproduced by Mobile Fidelity, B.B. tells the story of Lucille (his beloved guitar) and how she doesn't want to play anything but the blues. With this recording, he was striving to make Lucille sound even more like singing....
