Description
This is a disc from the BBC Transcription Service titled Benny Green Presesnts... The Quality of Mercer. The label indicates the show is 55'21" long and has a copyright date of 1989.
"Benny Green takes us on an anecdotal journey through the life of Johnny Mercer. Recorded at the Stables, Wavendon his songs are sung by Helen Shapiro, accompanied by the Brian Lemon Trio."
I no longer have the facilities to play records so will be selling my collection as I sort them out from storage, but I assume it is some sort of documentary show.
I bought this (and the others I am listing) off of ebay from a chap in the States over ten years ago, and was stunned at how clean they were then - second hand records often look like someone has eaten their dinner off of them - and I have only played them a few times so there will be little more than very light surface scratches.

UK postage rates will be rising at the end of April.
Economy (2nd class) postage is offered free of charge and covers items up to £46. Over this the only way to fully insure the item in the post is by Special Delivery and I offer a discount of the 2nd class postage cost towards any other service.
OVERSEAS: This will vary by country and can range from £10 - £20 depending on where you using International Signed For. Insurance also varies on value, so please check with me beforehand. - I have given and indication in the listing but, like investments, can go up or down :)
