Description

Up for bidding - rare BBC Transcription  3 LP set - Orson Well's The War of the Worlds, BBC Transcription service #'s 120832 thru 120837, the original radio program for this set was run in December 25-30, 1972. There is an "Expiry" date of 31.1.76 on the discs.  All 6 sides are NM-, totally clean, with the original sleeves from the BBC.  Purchased directly from a now retired disc jockey, these are authentic and rare.
  Shipping in the U.S. is Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation, $5.00. As always, please wait for my invoice with the correct shipping amount. If you prepay the lesser amount, you will receive another bill and slow down the time it takes to get your package.  Records will be packed (probably better) than anyone who sells vinyl on the net.  Every record is pulled from the cover, stored in 2 ml poly  sleeves, bagged and taped,  boxed, and boxed again.  I truly care that the records you now own are packaged as best as possible.
