Description

up for grabs is a BBC Transcription Service Number 976. Music of Lord Nelson / Tribute to Rabindranath - Elegy for young lovers. This was a program broadcast at the beginning of the 1960's. Included in the lot are five papers with what the announcer has to say during the broadcast as well as durations and other interesting information.. Great piece of broadcasting history. 


Transcription service never release more then 100 of each copy and it was advised that these be destroyed once the expiry date is finished. Very few of these have survived. Expiry date on this record was in 29/07/65.
