HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
START OFF YOUR HOLIDAY SEASON WITH A COOL ROCK RARITY!!!

You are bidding on a great original Mono LP by The Beach Boys called "

The Beach Boys' Christmas Album

" on Capitol Records. T-2164.

Released in 1964.

EXTREMELY RARE MISSPRESS WITH "MEET THE BEATLES" SIDE 1 LABEL ON SIDE 1!!!" GUESS SOMEONE WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION AT THE PRESSING PLANT!

Misspressed Beatles label has "BMI" publishing for the first two songs and the rest "ASCAP".

Both sides play the correct Beach Boys LP.

Labels are glossy.

No pressing plant number on back cover indicates it was pressed by an east coast Scranton PA worker, who was probably drinking on the job!

Matrix (or Trail-Off) numbers read counterclockwise from bottom as a

stamped "T 1-2164-P1" followed by a stamped "IAM" triangle symbol for Side 1

, and reading

counterclockwise from bottom is a stamped "T 2-2164-J2" for Side 2.

GRADING:

The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus, Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.

Cover looks to be in VG+ to VG++ condition.    Small dings on corners at opening.    There is some minor wear on the front and back. Bottom by corner of spine has a 1" split. No other splits on cover!
Record is a strong VG++ condition. Some minor marks that should not greatly affect play. Sounds great on my player!

Great gift for any Beach Boys or Beatles fan!

See my other auctions for more funky original records, cassettes, reel to reels, CD’s, and 8 tracks!

MY APOLOGIES IF THE SCANS ARE BAD, BUT MY DESCRIPTIONS ARE USUALLY DEAD ACCURATE FOR BACKUP.
