1st Issue w/ 7" Radio play  EP in sleeve
These were originally issued with the single cello-taped to the back cover; they were impossible to remove without damaging either the single or album cover.  This copy is inside . The sleeve has apparently been replaced, however, with an undamaged one. The lyric insert is not included.
