Description
Up for auction is the pop milestone 'Pet Sounds' by The Beach Boys. This is the orignal mono LP release on Capitol (T2458). Being an LP collector myself, I understand the importance and the attention paid to this particular LP so I will try to be as accurate as possible in describing the condition. The jacket is VG+, sturdy with no seam splits, no writing or tears. There are visible signs of shelf wear and a stain in the lower right of the back cover. Please look over the photos carefully to get a better idea of the condition. The original Capitol inner sleeve is also included and has no seam splits, tears or writing. The LP itself would rate VG/VG+. There's a decent luster with some visible scuffage. I have play tested this: side one has some consistent popping particularly on the first 3-4 tracks. Side two is a much cleaner listen with occasional popping throughout. Overall this is a pretty decent copy of a very hard to find LP. Please email with any further questions and check out my other auctions for more records and music memorabilia. Thanks!
