On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beach Boys called 'Pet Sounds' and is an ORIGINAL UK 1966 MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Rainbow' Capitol label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST AND MOST SOUGHT AFTER BEACH BOYS LPS EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1966 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'RAINBOW' CAPITOL LABEL, 1ST PRESS EMITEX INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PATENTS PENDING' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Capitol UK MONO 1st pressing from 1966 and is SERIOUSLY RARE!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is T 2458 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Rainbow' Capitol label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Beach Boys at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beach Boys, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with barely ANY wear AT ALL, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition overall - though not 100% perfect. Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT is still a very VERY presentable record indeed - with a SUPERB glossy look!!!! It has NO nasty deep scratches, a few light hairlines, a few scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with only a VERY few VERY light clicks/pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, only some low level background crackle in a few places (always low level!), and some background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - though this is virtually INVISIBLE in the music (where it is lost WAY behind it)!!!! The record must grade Good+ (PROPERLY graded, NOT 'wrecked') if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Emitex inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!! The 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing (apart from a TINY and INVISIBLE touch in the top right corner), and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP MAY NOT BE 100% PERFECT - BUT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND, AND THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE CHANCE TO OWN THIS AMAZING AND ULTRA RARE LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE FORTUNE REQUIRED TO OWN A MINT ONE!!!! SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
