Description
BEACH BOYS - Pet Sounds - US 1966 OG LP Capitol DT-2458 Duophonic Stereo -
1st Los Angeles, California pressing as indicated by "6" on back cover (see photo detail), and * in wax.
VINYL in G condition, mostly VG, test played all the way through, no skips on my system, strong
filler copy with mostly solid VG, but some G at parts.
COVER in VG with solid seams and spine, previous owner's name written in black pen on front,
ring wear/rubbing, spine has chipping starting but still solid, top seam solid with light chipping starting,
bottom seam has chipping starting in middle section, still solid. Opening area has small tear on front
and indentation on back (see photo details).
Notes:
This version is the LA pressing plant variation and can be differentiated by the label typesetting, the "6" printed on the back cover near the RIAA logo, and by the runout groove information.
