Surfer Girl has some great tunes, including the title song, the hot rod ditty "Little Deuce Coupe," and "Catch a Wave" (which could have been a substantial hit single on its own merits). Most significant of all is the gorgeous ballad "In My Room," which anticipated future Beach Boys releases both in its sophisticated production (strings, organ, dense harmonies) and its personal, solipsistic lyrics.

CONDITION OF THE RECORD:
(IMPORTANT NOTE: unless otherwise noted, we grade ALL records under a strong, diffuse room light or discrete sunlight).
- WE GRADE THE VINYL AS STONE MINT. We rarely grade a record as MINT after it's been opened unless it REALLY WARRANTS IT (PERFECTION). This, is the exception; absolutely beautiful! The original luster is intact and the vinyl is beautiful and spotless with NO imperfections found. NO MARKS are seen even under a light. Vinyl looks as if 'never played'.
- The record is pressed on a beautiful high quality, thick, semi-flexible vinyl, which is used for the first or very first early pressings. Usually, the sound on such thick vinyl pressings is full-bodied, bright and rich in quality.
- The original luster is very much intact, the vinyl shines like new.
- Record comes in original 1963 inner-sleeve.
CONDITION OF THE COVER:
THE COVER IS GRADED about VG+++
