Description
Vintage surf/hot rod r&r lp: THE BEACH BOYS - SURFIN' SAFARI - the original US pressing, Capitol Records, mono, T-1808, rainbow-band labels, original blue Capitol company sleeve, 12 tracks, released in 1963. Stamped in the deadwax is "T1-1808-P3" and "T2-1808-D6 - #2", and the A-side also had a triangle mark with initials IAM (or LAM) inside it.
Condition: VG+/EX (vinyl has some moderate scuffing on the the B-side and a few very soft scratches, nothing that I can feel, and both sides have some minor scuffs - plays through and sounds EX with some minimal background in a couple of areas; labels are clean excpet for a touch of rubbing to the grrove; inner sleeve has a 3.5" split to bottom seam, otherwise clean; the jacket has some light cover rubbing, small chip near the bottom edge, small dent with a tiny bit od scarring to the top of the right edge, some rubbing and a very tight 1-inch split to the spine and a half-inch split to the right side of the bottom seam).
