On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beach Boys called 'The Beach Boys Today!' and is a MEGA rare UK 1965 MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Rainbow' Capitol label!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEACH BOYS RAREST EVER LPS AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1965 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'RAINBOW' CAPITOL LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PATENTS PENDING' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Capitol UK MONO 1st pressing from 1965 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is T 2269 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Rainbow' Capitol label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Beach Boys at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beach Boys, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with only VERY minimal wear around one centre hole, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 TINY hairline type marks, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with only 2 or 3 clicks/pops on each of the 2 TINY hairline type marks (NONE elsewhere), NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the gaps & run on grooves - NOT in the music!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion, and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Very Good+!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Garrod & Lofthouse Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, VERY shiny laminate, only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
