both sides look VG++ IE Excellent !
VG+to VG++ picture sleeve with minimal wear and intact "tab" -

see photos - the tab is delicate and may come off easily

and it does have a small nick in it;

The only real issue with this very nice cover is 

lower-left corner creasing. 
the spine and seams are intact.
