When this was released in 2009 I went on a hunt for the rumored bonus 7" and bought 12 copies. One of those 12 copies contained a bonus 7" and I kept it. I had to open them to search for the bonus 7" so that is why this is not sealed. If you weren't able to pick one up unsealed in 2009 you might be interested to know that you had about an 8% chance of getting a bonus 7" based on a sample size of 12 out of 2000. I don't think there is anyone who bought more than 12 copies that could reasonably say my data is skewed based on sample size, so I consider this to be a non controversial conclusion. This is the copy that I bought in 2009 with the bonus 7". I opened it and scanned it, then put it on the shelf.
You can search for sealed copies and expect reasonably that you have an 8% chance of finding a bonus 7" and be confident that 92% of the time you will not find one. You could dispute that if you bought 12 unsealed copies and opened them yourself, but that would cost you conservatively around $6,000 if you could even do it. Alternatively, you could buy this one for $500, unsealed but verified. It's not a cobbled together copy of the US Promo Lee Majors Come Again 7" that were released to indie record stores combined with the Collectors Edition, it's the real deal.
As a rule I tend to under grade my items to ensure that people are happy with their purchase.
