Stamper information
Side One
- 1 mother stamp / G stamper letter
Side Two
- 1 mother stamp / R stamper letter
All records made by EMI Records Ltd used the same stamper coding method and a 1 mother stamp and a G letter stamp is the ultimate 1st pressing the next rarest is the R letter stamp.
On side 2 label , the MT Tax Code can be clearly seen embossed, M one side of spindle hole T other side, the MT tax code ran from January 1963 and was supposed to end July 1963 but it does occasionally crop up on records made after July 1963.
Comes with the original EMI, IMPORTANT USE EMITEX poly lined inner sleeve, still nice and crisp.
Condition
The vinyl has a nice glossy shine to it, only light paper scuffs or surface marks that can be seen under light, no scratches of any kind, incredibly superb sound from this Mono 1st pressing.
Vinyl grades excellent
The cover is sound all round, crisp and clean with no loss of laminate or lifting, just a few small barely noticable creases or wrinkles and just some very minor scuffing, the spine is as sound as the day it was made with no loss of laminate or lifting.
