Description
BEATLEMANIA! WITH THE BEATLES/ ORIGINAL CANADIAN PRESSING STUNNING!
I have never personally seen a nicer copy of this LP. It was purchased from an elderly person's collection who had owned it for 50 years. Released on November 25, 1963. This was the first Beatles record to be released in North America. It was identical in track listing to the British release "With the Beatles" which had been issued in England only three days before.
This is a true first pressing Mono LP. Matrix numbers are XEX-447 (side 1) and XEX-448 (side 2) with NO DASHES after the number. The label does not say MONO and Canada is not in brackets.
The cover is in Excellent (VG++) condition. There is a small seam split at the bottom right (see picture). However there is very little age wear, no writing, no stains, and is otherwise completely intact. The vinyl is also in Excellent (VG++) condition. It is glossy with very few extremely minor surface marks but nothing that affects play. I played it through and it sounds great, nice and LOUD due to the deep grooves these pressings are famous for.
The original inner sleeve NEAR MINT with no folds or tears of any kind.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. I am also listing Twist and Shout and Long Tall Sally (for a complete collection of the first three Canadian Beatles LP's). Have a look at my other Beatles records for sale!
