THE ESSENTIAL BEATLES. From AUSTRALIA. This song list also ONLY from Singapore, 1972. A Beatles Greatest Hits album from before the release of the REF and BLUE Double Album Sets from USA in 1973. The ESSENTIAL album comes from NO other countries Worldwide!! This LP also has 16 great Beatles Hits from 1962 -1970, spanning their entire EMI recording career! All are well known releases from Australia, some a bit rarer than songs on later “Best of” albums!!I. This is a set of Beatles Greatest Hits on an album issued in AUSTRALIA in 1972 on APPLE. This LP contains about 10 songs rarely chosen as Beatles HIT songs on compilation albums, such as BOYS, MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR, NORWEGIAN WOOD, and PS I LOVE YOU plus several others!!! Titled THE ESSENTIAL BEATLES, of course it still leaves out dozens of their A side Hits!! Of the 16 songs, 10 are from Lennon-McCartney. And 1 by Harrison! The songs mostly come from previous Singles in Australia in 1963 thru 1970!! This one is produced by George Martin. Fantastic, as always!! The cover photo attracted me to this record immediately!! And the vinyl is graded Goldmine EX, my highest grade for opened items!! It appears UNPLAYED. No spindle marks, Fully shiny and NO writing! Very Clean! Photos 1-6 are the item for sale, other photos just for fun!! I started collecting worldwide Beatles various Greatest/Best Hits albums 20 years ago. I am starting to sell them off. I doubt EMI / Odeon will ever reissue these unique vinyl LPs again, so getting a copy under $100 is a Now or Never proposition!! Additional rarity hits here are: LONG TALL SALLY, BABY YOU’RE A RICH MAN, OBLADI OBLADA, and LOVE ME DO. And my favorite from this batch, ALL MY LOVING. SORRY, No super rare fantastic 5-beat Hi-Hat Cymbal intro count in on this All My loving!!! Only on Euro Beatles Greatest Hits Albums and Beatles World’s Best LPs!! This LP is an Amazing conglomeration of interesting songs!! It includes WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS, with a guitar start that comes after the Billy Shears shout out!! Of course every song is a classic, even today, over 50 years later. And 10 songs on this LP were originals written by Lennon McCartney. They all still sound so fresh, with Incredible energy from the Boys as they attack your ears with superb melodies and harmonies! This is a beautiful record, quite wonderful sounding! This LP is well kept and in plastic sleeve since its purchase by me in 2000. I quickly learned to handle them as little as possible, especially one of these Beatles International compilation reissues which I thought would become rarer and greatly treasured!!
