Description

After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!

This auction is for a very rare copy of the Beatles 1964 Christmas Flexi disc.!

At the end of every year the Official Beatles Fan Club sent out a flexi disc to every member that contained Christmas messages from the band members. Only a strictly limited run of approximately 65,000 copies were issued back in 1964 and, today, these flexi discs are hard to find.

Comes complete in its original cardboard sleeve and, overall, is in a very decent condition!

The cover is looking pretty good, especially since they weren't really built to last. The front has browned a little but, overall, is looking really nice with no real wear or tear to speak of. There's a very light little pencil scribble just to the right of John's head and some light wear to the edges and rounding to the corners. All three seams are holding with just very light, minimal wear. The back, again, has browned a little and has a couple of little spots on the bottom overflap. But, overall, is holding up nicely!   Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : EX

The playing surface looks to be in a remarkable condition, especially since these old flexi discs were really not produced to last! The playing surface has a lovely, clean shine to it and just some very light, faint scuffing. Doesn't look like it's been played much at all in it's life!

The label is clean bar a very light discoluration to the left of the spindlehole. The rest of the label is looking awesome with no wear, tear, stains, stickers etc. There's no spindlewear and no wear around the centrehole. Top label!.
