Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. This auction is for a very rare 'Wide Spine' mono pressing of the Beatles legendary LP 'Sgt. Peppers'
When this LP was initially manufactured, the sleeves had a much wider spine than the standard issues, measuring approximately 7mm wide. These were quickly scrapped (possibly because it was so easily crushable, difficult to manufacture, or was difficult to fit in a record shelf. This is just my opinion though) and today are getting very difficult to find!
The vast majority of 'Wide Spine' copies of this album are found crushed and worn. The wide spine on this copy, however, is still looking really good and flat with just some light creasing occuring at the top and bottom. The photo below shows the state of the wide spine on this sleeve!

The cover is holding up okay but is showing its age a little. The front has a nice colour to it with some light creasing around the edge and some knocks in the corners. The top and bottom seams are just beginning to split in the very middle but otherwise still holding okay. The spine is predominantly uncrushed and is still looking good with no splits and just a few creases running through it. Back cover, again, has a really nice colour to it wqith some light creasing around the edges and some knocking in the corners. Inner gatefold is very clean with a great colour and just some creasing in the middle as you can see The Insert: EX
The original darker green insert is included. It's looking very nice and clean with just a couple of little creases here and there. Looking really nice, overall! Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : G+

The playing surface has lost some of its original shine and has a fair amount of light scuffs and marks along with some slightly heavier looking scuffs. Nothing too serious, though, but be aware that the disc does have these marks.

The labels are looking good with bright, silver text and a little spindlewear and rubbing around the centrehole. The side 1 label seems to have a little damage around the centrehole as you can see in the photo. Nice labels overall!
