This auction is for an original 1967 stereo pressing of the US Beatles LP 'Magical Mystery Tour'. This is a lovely example of this highly collectible record and also includes the full booklet!
... The Cover : EX
The sleeve is looking really solid and decent for being nearly 50 years old! The front has a lovely, rich colour to it with slightly creamy top and bottom borders and no visible wear on the slick. the bottom right corner has taken a little knock. Top and bottom seams are holding perfect with no splits or tears. Spine is solid and uncrushed with just a touch of wear at the bottom and a little light browning, and is 100% legible. Back cover has just a tiny but of wear in places and again, like the front, has a solid, rich colour to it. The inner gatefold has browned everso slightly around the edges and there's a very light disc impression at the top of the right gatefold, but apart from that has no damage or anything.. The booklet is complete with the outside pages still affixed to the cover. The remainer of the booklet is stapled tight but has torn free leaving a little damage to the outer pages where it was originally stapled too. Overall, though, remarkable sleeve! Disc : EX+
The playing surface has a a lovely, crisp shine to it and the playing surface just has a few light scuffs in places. There's a very small, light mark at the top of side 1 through tracks 1 and 2 but is unfeelable under the finger.
.
The labels are immaculate and look like they've never even been near a spindle! Clean, crisp, clear, with bright, sharp, silver text and no spindlewear or whitening. Stellar labels!.
